Nathan Connor
Project Manager, New Business Development
You might say Nathan Connor learned about painting through osmosis. As a little tyke, Nathan accompanied his dad on numerous commercial and residential job sites and carefully observed the craft. Nathan first started working for Connor Fine Painting in the summer of 1999 and continued to work with CFP during the summer months throughout his high school and college career.
In May of 2008, Nathan graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in Communication Studies. Nathan had the distinct honor of being one of the youngest members to serve on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis, one of the largest and most distinguished Rotary Clubs in the Nation. Nathan also served for three years as the Rotary Education Committee Chair which facilitates youth outreach programs and brings the message of ‘service above self’ to the next generation of community leaders. Nathan also served on the board of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center, which focuses on improving the quality of life in our neighborhoods and in the city of Indianapolis. Additionally, Nathan is affiliated with several professional associations including IFMA, International Facility Management Association, and BOMA, Building Owners and Managers Association. Aidan Connor
Business Development Manager
Aidan Connor grew up around commercial, industrial and residential painting, learning the ins and outs of the successful family business. At age 15, Aidan started helping on painting projects, working during the summers and gaining hands-on experience of the trade. After college, Aidan continued learning about the business; especially what it takes to earn the trust of facility managers, property managers and professional colleagues. “When you work for an organization like Connor Fine Painting, you quickly learn why many employees and customers have chosen to partner with Connor for 30+ years.”
Aidan’s demonstrated commitment to be in service to others is what makes him tick. His passion for helping clients solve the challenges they face in considering their repaint projects is what makes his work enjoyable. A firm believer in the value of personal and professional development, Aidan continues to enhance his skills in effectively managing people and processes. Now, as a Connor Fine Painting Business Development Professional, he brings that same attention and care to identifying and connecting with potential new clients.
Aidan brings a wealth of construction industry experience to the family business. As a business development professional with Multivista, he worked with project managers, facility managers and business owners considering high tech software solutions for new building construction. He is excited to explore innovations in paintings, coatings and technology to provide an even greater experience for Connor Fine Painting customers.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys fishing, golfing and fantasy sports leagues. A self professed foodie, he enjoys the local food scene with his partner, Olivia and family time together with their son, Jude.

I have had the pleasure to work with Bob and his crews for many years and have always received quality work and always on schedule. When problems arise that are unforeseen, as many of us in construction experience, they are always adaptable and work through the problems until corrected and in great condition. His crews have always been helpful, professional and keep working quarters tidy and considerate of their surroundings. This level of work and accountability make projects run smooth and less stressful. Always appreciated!Shaunna Marshall, Tenant Improvement Project Manager, Kite Realty, LLC

Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University is grateful to the entire Connor Fine Painting team for their expertise and assistance as we restored our venue prior to our 50th Anniversary. We had worked with Connor on a major plaster project as well as extensive wall painting throughout the years. We knew they were skilled, neat, courteous and efficient so we brought them on board for this challenge. The restoration project included 50-year old wood paneling that needed to be revived, and dozens of doors and ledges to be re-stained. We had miles of staircase and terrace guard railing, and hundreds of square feet of walls and ceilings to be painted. Connor worked closely with our other contractors to stay out of each others’ way so they could all work simultaneously and keep the job moving. The team used 50’ and 105’ lifts to reach the highest points and the most awkward spaces in the building. All of the work was accomplished in less than 9 weeks. The result is absolutely beautiful and helps make Clowes the premiere performing arts venue in Indianapolis. We couldn’t be more pleased and proud. Job well done!Karen Steele, Director of Operations, Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University
As a general contractor, having trust in my subs is the most important aspect of the relationship. Connor has never disappointed in that regard. Their project managers, laborers, and office workers provide me with a headache-free experience. I cannot reiterate the quality they bring to each of my projects.JB Smith, Owner, Burnside Builders
Dear Bob, I cannot express how thankful we, at The Oaks, are for the work you, Nathan, and your crew put in on Friday! We could not have done it without you.Elizabeth Dewes, Neighborhood Relations & Research, The Oaks Academy
Connor is hands down the best painting company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have done many commercial projects together and out of all of our subcontractors, I never have to worry about Connor. Brandon Whitehouse is always on time with proposals needs or simple answers to special coatings. The field guys show up on time, clean-cut and ready to work. We will always have Connor Painting as a partner.Crit Crabtree, Field Operations, Marksmen Construction
I have worked with Connor Painting for the last eight to nine years. Their service and quality are outstanding. There have been times they have checked a completed project and decided, without my prompting, to redo because it was not up to their standards. Their pricing is always competitive and the personal service I receive is exceptional.C. Zeke Miller, Facilities Management Officer, The National Bank of Indianapolis
They understand paint. They understand finishes. They know how to lacquer. They know how to spray paint. They know how to caulk. They know how to sand. They know how to paint.Bill Pulliam, Owner, Pulliam-Scott Construction
